Vintage Frames Company gab sich mal wieder die Ehre und schickte uns das neuste Gestell. Die neue Ultra Goliath 2 “Snowdon Edition” ist ein massives Exempel ausgefallener Brillenkreation. Inspirieren lassen haben sich die Jungs von einem 1964 in Montreal entstandenen Diner, das schnell zum Geheimtip wurde. Mit dabei war auch Vintage Frames Company Gründer Corey Shapiro, der mit seinem Vater Stammgast war und das exklusive Frühstück schon in den frühen Jahren genoss. Um die Leute und das Diner zu ehren, entschieden sich die Jungs von Vintage Frames Company eine Sonderedition der Ultra Goliath 2 zu entwerfen. Und was dabei rausgekommen ist, das sehen wir hier. The Vintage Frames Company has been given the pleasure of co-branding it’s second release with Ultra Eyewear. It is with great pride and pleasure we announce the official launch of the Vintage Frames Shop x Ultra Goliath 2 “Snowdon Deli” Edition. In 1946 Montreal birthed what would soon become a classic Montreal establishment; Snowdon Deli. From what started out as a deli counter, to what has blossomed into a full blown restaurant, Snowdon Deli is a Montreal landmark. The deli was founded by the Morantz brothers, who through hard work and dedication produced some of the finest cut smoked meat on the planet. Vintage Frames Company owner Corey Shapiro’s earliest and finest memories were waking up at dawn for a breakfast club with his grandfather and friends at Snowdon Deli. Populated by clothing industry moguls, the Snowdon Deli Breakfast Crew would become the base of inspiration for Corey’s fashion direction. The Ultra Goliath 2 “Snowdon Deli” Collection was conceptualized from Corey’s earliest eyewear memories being that of his grandfather and friends wearing Ultra Goliath 2 frames for a morning smoked meat gathering. It is with that fondest memory that The Vintage Frames Shop is proud to announce it’s Vintage Frames Shop x Ultra Goliath 2 “Snowdon Deli” Edition.
