Seit knapp 2 ½ Jahren existiert der afew Store und ist ja schon fast Kult. Nun wird es Zeit für ein neues Projekt. Dieses nennt sich afew Good Things und hat es definitiv in sich! Der eigens dafür umgebaute Store soll so nicht nur als reiner Laden fungieren, sondern auch für verschiedene Ausstellungen & Events genutzt werden. Highlight des neuen afew-Stores ist der grüne Glow-in-the-Dark (Kryptonit) Boden der Firma ENKE, welcher sich tagsüber auflädt und abends leuchtet. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man tagsüber auf einer Art Eisplatte läuft, die dem Store eine einzigartige Optik verleiht. Also wenn ihr zufällig in Düsseldorf seid, dann schaut mal vorbei!
The Afew-Store has a fine selection of Sneaker & Streetwear from Brands like Adidas Originals, Nike Sportswear, Air Jordan, Asics, Onitsuka Tiger, Puma and KangaROOS. The store is based close to the Japanese Area & the city center of Dusseldorf, in the first two years the store had the name “Schuh-You”, before they decided to rename it to the project „Afew Good Things“ in April 2011. The Afew-Store is not just used as a normal Sneaker Store, but should also be home for different events. The highlight of the store is definitely the “Glow in the Dark” Floor, which gives you a reason to visit the store even after closing time. See some impressions after a click.
