Die französische Marke Palladium wurde 1920 gegründet und produzierte zuerst Reifen für die Luftfahrtindustrie. Nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg konzentrierten sie sich ausschliesslich auf die Herstellung von kräftigen Boots, die ähnlich stabil gebaut sind wie die ursprünglich produzierten Reifen. Seitdem zählt das Label zu den ganz Großen in der Modebrache. Palladium steht immer für klasse Kollaborationen, viele kennen ja noch “Tokyo Rising“, nun nahmen sie sich das UK Designerlabel Maharishi zur Seite und entwarfen ein paar wirklich coole Winterboots. Das Ergebnis der Zusammenarbeit ist das exklusive Stiefelmodell „Maharishi Tactical“. Es basiert auf Palladium’s Pampa Tactical Boot und ergänzt unter dem Motto „Special Forces and Survival“ die Maharishi Laufstegkollektion für Herbst/Winter 2011.
French label Palladium was founded in 1920 to make tires for the fledgling aviation industry. After the World War II, Palladium decided to open a plant in Pont De Cheruy, to start producing footwear that was ad hard wearing as their tires. Palladium also stands for genius collabortions, a short time ago they caught Pharrell Williams and produced a pretty exciting movie about 3/11 in Tokyo. Now they’re back with a strong boot collection for Fall/Winter 2011. Togehter with the British Designerlabel Maharishi, they created some exclusive premium boots called “Maharishi Tactical” based on the Palladium Tactical Pampa model.
