Wie ihr ja vielleicht schon wisst waren wir letztens auf der Brillenmesse Opti. Nach dem Berliner Label Mykita wollen wir euch heute eine weitere Entdeckung vorstellen. Es geht um das österreichische Label Andy Wolf Eyewear. Die aktuelle Kollektion, die als Hommage an die großen Detektive zu verstehen ist, hat uns richtig in seinen Bann gezogen. In der beschaulichen Steiermark entstehen Brillen, die für einen unverwechselbar individuellen Style stehen. Die Modelle, die retro und modern zugleich sind, heißen entsprechend auch Columbo oder Miss Marple. Auch Form und Farbe der Gestelle sind von den jeweiligen Charakteren inspiriert. As you might have noticed we most recently visited the opti tradeshow. A nice event for labels offering different kind of eyewear. After having already presented Mykita from Berlin it’s now time for Andy Wolf Eyewear. This young brand comes directly from Austria where they produce glasses that stand for high quality and individual design. Their latest collection pays tribute to the heroes of detective stories. The eyewear is always retro but at the same time very modern. Respecting their inspiration the models are called Miss Marple or Columbo. But it’s not only the name who is inspired by these famous characters. The form and color of the glasses are also corresponding to their source of inspiration. Just check it out yourself.
