Der britische Mode Store LN-CC ist nicht nur für die außergewöhnliche textile Ware bekannt, sondern auch für die brilliante Ladenarchitektur. LN-CC steht für ein nachhaltiges, ökologisches Storekonzept mit besonderem Hang zu hölzernen Materialien. Die extreme Design-Affinität brachten den Briten deshalb auch die Nominierung für den diesjährigen Award “Designs of the Year 2012″ des Design Museums London ein. Falls ihr zufällig in London seid, dann besucht unbedingt die dortige Design-Ausstellung, diese geht noch bis zum 15. Juli. Viel Spaß.
British fashion store LN-CC has been nominated for a prestigious ‘Designs of the Year 2012′ award, under the ‘Fashion’ category. There are six further categories, including ‘Furniture’, ‘Transport’ and ‘Digital’, and other nominees include the Olympic Torch, Alexander McQueen’s savage beauty exhibition and the Suno A/W ’11 collection. Their installation for the accompanying exhibition is now on display at the London Design Museum, and is open to the general public from today until the 15th of July. The category and overall winner will be announced on the 24th April, and you can see some exclusive images from their installation below.
