Nach dem Etudes Herbst/Winter 2011 Lookbook, treten sie jetzt mit ihrer Variations Frühjahr/Sommer 2012 Kollektion in Erscheinung. Zentrales Thema dabei sind Gefühle rund ums Anderssein, Veränderung und Entwicklung. Dazu erinnert die Kollektion entfernt an den Amish Lifestyle. Dabei verbinden sie traditionelle Kleidung mit modernen Schnitten. Waschungen und andere Bearbeitungen der Stoffe verstärken dieses Gefühl und ergänzen die super Details. Neben der eigentlichen Kollektion ist auch das mit Springcourt entstandene Schuhmodel sehenswert und natürlich auch die Accessoires die es exklusiv bei Opening Ceremony geben wird. With their always fascinating collection, French label Hixsept can almost be seen as resident in our blog. After the Etudes Fall/Winter 2011 Lookbook, they now make their appearance with their Variations Spring / Summer 2012 collection. The central idea behind are feelings around alternativeness, change and evolution. At the same time the collection reminds us somehow of the Amish lifestyle. They combine traditional clothes with modern cuts. Washings and other treatments of the materials reinforce this feeling and perfect the details. Apart from the actual collection they also worked together with Springcourt to create a nice shoe and made a small accessories collection that is available at Opening Ceremony.
