After becoming the uniform of the american G.I.s in the 20th century, the khaki the maculine look of the male heroes in Hollywood. Khakis were associated with adventures and braveness. From Humphrey Bogart and Spencer Tracy to Clark Gable - the cinema legends were all fans of khakis. In 2012 Dockers oriented there newest premium collection, the K-1, again on the looks of the american G.I.s - and brings the life style of discovery and glamour of the old Hollywood back to life. The Spring Summer 2012 collection shows the new K-1 made of cramerton in a crushed look and brushed cotton shirts, sweat tops and some graphic tees, which were inspired by prints from the 1940s.
