Henri Lloyd ist wieder da und nimmt euch mit auf einen Segeltörn! Das englische Label besinnt sich in seinem jüngsten Lookbook ganz auf die Herkunft und diese liegt eindeutig im Segelsport. Hoist the sails and release the ropes! Henri Lloyd is back and takes you on to a sailing trip! The british Label recalls its heritage in the newest lookbook and that’s why the sailing sport is once again the main topic. Die Aufnahmen sollen den Charme des Alltags an Bord eines Segelschiffs vermitteln und dank der großartigen Inszenierung durch die Models und des Fotografen wird dies auch durchgehend erreicht. Die Models sind Jed Texas, Elsa Crafoord und Christophe Canitrot. Als Fotograf wurde Kalle Gustafsson gebucht. Alle Aufnahmen wurden in Stockholm geschossen. Die Kollektionsstücke zeichnen sich vorallem durch aus, dass sie konstruiert wurden, um möglichst viel Schutz vor Wetterwidrigkeiten zu bieten. Schaut euch auch mal die Lundy Jacket von Henri Lloyd, über die wir letztens berichteten, an. So sind dicke Strickteile und Outdoorjacken der Hauptteil der Kollektion. Vorallem die Vielzahl von Pullovervarianten sollte jeden Strickenthusiasten überzeugen. Es haben jedoch auch dünnere und leichtere Stücke ihren Weg in die Kollektion geschafft, so hat Henri Lloyd einige Stücke designt, die eindeutig für formale Anlässe geeignet sind.
The shots should put across the charme of the everyday life on a sailing boat and it is achieved throughout thanks to the great production by the models and the photographers. The models are Jed Texas, Elsa Crafoord und Christophe Canitrot. Kalle Gustafsson was booked as photographer. All the shots were taken in Stockholm. The pieces of the collection stand out due to the fact, that they were all designed to provide most protection from the weather. Thick knitwear pieces and outdoor jackets constitute the biggest part of the Henri Lloyd Collection. The great number of pullover variations should convince any knit enthusiasts. There are also thin and light pieces, which made their way into the collection. Henri Lloyd designed those to also be suitable for formal occasions.
